Studi Perancangan Panggung Sistem Hidrolik di Gedung Maspardi Akademi Angkatan Laut

This research discusses the design of a hydraulic stage system at the Maspardi Building at the Naval
Academy as a solution to increase the flexibility and efficiency of using the performance space. This
study uses quantitative research methods with a mechanical system design engineering approach.
Analysis was carried out on several aspects including load capacity, stage dimensions, hydraulic drive
system and power requirements. The results of the stage design have a total load of 25,772.4 kg. The
research results show that the designed hydraulic system is capable of lifting a 15 meter x 10 meter
stage load of 25,772.4 kg with a maximum height of 1 meter. This system uses 6 hydraulic actuators
that are controlled synchronously with a working pressure of 1,685.5 N/m² or Pascal (Pa).
Calculation of power when pressing is 252,825.2 N, hydraulic pump power is 33.8752 HP, motor
power is 29.74 kW and load distribution for each hydraulic cylinder is 42,137.53 Newtons which is
supported by the actuator. The results of the hydraulic system calculations use formulas and data
originating from the stage load calculations.
