Konsepsi Sistem Digital Order pada Unit Usaha Toko Primkopal Akademi Angkatan Laut guna Memenuhi Kebutuhan Taruna dan Anggota AAL

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of a digital ordering system in the
Primkopal shop business unit at the Naval Academy (AAL) with the main focus on increasing
operational effectiveness in the goods ordering process. The Primkopal store, as a provider of the
needs of cadets and AAL members, has problems related to the ordering process which is not yet
optimal and has not adopted digital technology to its full potential. Several research results show that
the benefits of information technology, implementing a digital ordering system greatly increase the
company's turnover. The results of this research show that the practical implications of implementing
a digital ordering system for Primkopal AAL stores can optimize the transaction system in Primkopal
stores, so it is recommended to optimize the operational effectiveness of Primkopal stores using
digital technology.
