Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competitiveness and quality strategy management on the quality of cadet graduates. The population in the study is cadets who are still active in AAL, and the sample in the study is 42 cadets in the third and fourth semesters. The tool used in data analysis is SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study show that competitiveness has a significant effect on the quality of cadets. Meanwhile, quality strategy management does not have a significant effect on the quality of cadets. The results obtained with an R square value of 0.784 show that the ability of the competitiveness variable (DS) and quality strategy management (MSM) in explaining the quality of cadet graduates (KLT) obtained a result of 78.4% and the remaining 21.6% was influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.
