Abstract

Third Fleet Command is an operational command responsible for the duties of the Indonesian Navy in the jurisdiction of eastern Indonesian waters, especially in the Third Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI). As an operational command, Third Fleet Command carries out OMP (military war operations) and OMSP (military operations other than war). To support the readiness of these operations, operational readiness of the Indonesian Naval Warship in the Third Fleet Command is required. This study aims to examine the causal relationship between logistics performance variables and data accuracy on Indonesian Naval Warship operational readiness, with KRI performance as a moderation variable, using a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 280 respondents from a total population of 919 Third Fleet Command personnel. Data processing using SMART PLS 4 software, using outer model and inner model test. The stages of the inner model test include convergent validity, discriminant validity, and the reliability test. While the inner model test includes R-squared, f-square, q-square, and hypothesis test. The results of data processing show that the variables of logistics performance and data accuracy have a significant effect on the operational readiness of Indonesian Naval Warships in Third Fleet Command, both directly and through moderating Indonesian Naval Warship performance. Hypothesis testing shows that logistics performance has a path coefficient value of 0.172 with a p-value of 0.027 and a t-statistic of 6.322. Both show a positive and significant effect. In addition, the effect of logistics performance and data accuracy moderated by Indonesian Naval Warship performance is also proven to be significant, with p-values of 0.031 and 0.030, respectively, and t-statistics of 2.152 and 2.172. This study proves that improving logistics performance and data accuracy, moderated by good KRI performance, overall can improve the operational readiness of Indonesian Naval Warships in Third Fleet Command.
