Analisa Design Sekoci Pendarat Cepat (FLC) sebagai Alternatif Pengganti LCVP Guna Mendukung Operasi Pendaratan Amphibi

Abstract

Fast Landing Craft is one of the supporting facilities in an amphibious landing operations system, whose existence is very necessary to carry out transportation tasks in order to mobilize landing troops quickly, safely and on target. Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel owned by the TNI - AL are currently still very limited in their ability to support landing troops, one of which is in carrying out amphibious and SAR operations tasks carried out in conflict areas/regions with less than optimal results due to slow troop mobility and The carrying capacity of troops and equipment as well as the use of these facilities is very limited. To be able to carry out landing operations/mobility of troops/personnel to a target area/coastal base quickly and precisely in seizing the target area, a fast movement is needed with adequate troops and combat equipment to be able to carry out the attack. In writing this final assignment, the author created an initial design concept for a fast landing craft (FLC) which is an alternative in overcoming the limitations of Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel in supporting amphibious landing operations tasks and the FLC is a development of the existing Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel. It is hoped that this FLC design analysis can be input and consideration for the TNI - AL in the process of selecting and determining the physical form and model and driving engine of FLCs in the future.
