The Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), as a large organization with many members, requires a new concept related to financial oversight. The concept of a credit information system for Indonesian Navy personnel is a strategic step to facilitate financial oversight within the TNI AL, including the AAL. It needs a credit information system that provides accurate and reliable financial oversight. Currently, there is no information system regarding soldier credit needed by both leaders and members. This limited source of information results in inaccurate decisions by leaders in approving member credit applications. This limited information also results in members not receiving clear information about credit, resulting in members being less wise in managing their finances, taking credit as a source of funds without considering interest and its continuation. To reduce this information limitation, a concept is needed to facilitate financial oversight related to member credit. The concept of this credit information system aims to provide information and monitor soldier credit transactions, thereby increasing credit effectiveness, minimizing financial risks, and helping soldiers find the best, transparent, and regulatory-compliant financial solutions.
